1. Do you ship to my country?

We can ship to almost anywhere in the world.

2. How much is shipping?

Our store offers free shipping on orders, but free gifts will incur a shipping fee of $5-$10, depending on the product weight and the shipping destination.

If you need expedited shipping, you can select it at checkout for a fee of $12.

Note: During promotional seasons, we offer free shipping sitewide. Please stay tuned!

3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We usually process orders within 24 hours, but this may be delayed to 48-72 hours during holidays.

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time 

 (not including customs delays, weekends, holidays and any unforeseen         circumstances）

Processing Time: 1 business days

Standard Shipping Time: 7-20 business days

Express Shipping Time: 6-8 business days

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding information. After that you will be able to track your order at https://www.17track.net/en. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to be available.

5. What if the package doesn’t arrive?
