How to Update Your Shipping Address

Please first review the shipping address listed in your order confirmation email.

• If your order hasn’t shipped yet:
  No worries! Simply email us your correct address as soon as possible, and we’ll update it for you before dispatch.

• If your order has already shipped:
  Unfortunately, once the package is in transit, we’re unable to change the delivery address. We recommend keeping an eye on the tracking updates — in some cases, you may be able to retrieve your parcel from your local post office once it arrives.
